Trouble with accessing uploaded documents on submitted forms

I am having trouble accessing uploaded documents on the pdf versions of submitted jobforms. I have attached a copy of the error message that I am receiving when I click on the links to access the upload files. We need to post the pdf versions of the forms on our website for public access. How are we able to access the links to the uploaded files on the pdfs?

If I understand you correctly you are saying you are having issues downloading files that were uploaded through your forms? 

From the screenshot you've posted I see that you seem to be having the issue on this form.

I've tested this on my end and I'm able to access your file.

I've cleared your form cache to refresh your forms.

Can you try downloading this again now to see if you still experience this issue and let us know?

If so are you having this issue with all of the documents on this form or is it just on a certain submission?
