Is 100 submissions a month mean 100 emails of the form to us or does that mean 100 forms made?

Hi, I do not work for Jotform (shame) but I believe the answer is the number of emails that your form sends. If you have multiple forms in your Account, the total number of submissions from all of your forms is the count. When someone 'submits' their information on any of your own forms, that is 'one submission'.

    Have a good day.

Thank you Carer for answering the question. If you let me I would like to clarify a bit more. The submission refer to the number of forms that are submitted and not the emails send out. If you have 1 form and 20 users submitted the form, this would count of 20 submissions. A free account is only allow 100 submission per month. This includes paid and non-paid forms.

When you reach this limit, you account will automatically be suspended until you either upgrade or wait until the beginning of the next month. This is when the submission counter resets.

If you have any other question or issue, please do not hesitate contacting us.
