We're not getting emails and contacts.

    Good day.

     

    We are not receiving the email with the data submitted by customers. Until December 15 we were getting normally.

    On our server does not appear submission of emails after the 15th.

    Gostarai to know if you have to configure the dorm again.

    Hello marcosruza,

    I did check both the forms you have in your account and did not find any issue with that. Your email address is not in our bounce list and as per our email logs, I found that submission emails were sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

    Have you checked your spam folder already? Please check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there. 

    I would also suggest you to please speak to your email service provider and ask them to whitelist our domain names to ensure the delivery of emails.     Alternatively, you can use your own email address to send submission emails. You will have to add a custom sender email in your account. The following guides should help you:
