A few people have filled out my drop forms online but I haven't received them to my email since 30-12-15.
Could you check to see why they are not coming through please?

I see that your email address is in our bounce list and hence you are not receiving emails from us. I've now removed the email address from the bounce list and you should be receiving emails without any issue from now.
We also request you to take a look at the guide below that helps in resolving certain email delivery issues.
