Though I am testing, it would appear that the download link within the PDF is working.
I do have one case where it is not and an XML error is appearing.
Both the links from within the PDF and notification emails are producing:
and the error is:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
This is not the same error as with the others from yesterday.

I've tried recovering and re-uploading the file from our servers. Unfortunately, it seems that the file is not uploaded to our servers correctly and we are unable to recover the file. Could you please check with the form submitter to re-submit the file again? We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
