    Jotform Data is not transferring to my Getresponse Campaign

    I had this problem yesterday. I thought I had the problem solved because (it was brought to my attention) a confirmation was coming from Getresponse that I didn't notice. This was a double opt-in to confirm contacts before they would be added to my Getresponse campaign from Jotform.com. I recently have removed the double Opt-In and now the contacts still do not come through to my Getresponse Campaign (List). I contacted Getresponse.com and they had no answers, they told me to contact Jotform.com Im thinking my Leads from Jotform.com should just carry over to Getresponse no problem. I have everything integrated as it should be. Is there anything else that can be done? I am so close to my setup.

    Hello,

    I was able to reproduce the problem. I cloned your form and map only the name and email, made a test submission and nothing came through on the getresponse integration. I have now raised this to our developers for further investigation. You will be informed here once this is resolved.

    Hi,

    I've disabled all opt-in options from Get Response:

     

    Then, when I submit my form, contact successfully added to my Get Response campaign.

    However, if you try with fake / non-existing emails or auto-forward group list emails it doesn't work. Get response only accept real email addresses as contacts.
