I've checked the contents of the form submissions in my Jotform area and it has the email information in it. but the client is getting the email submission with the email address missing.

Hi,
I cloned your form and sent a test submission. I was able to confirm that the e-mail address data is missing.
You can try editing the email in the compose email window to fix the issue.
1. Click the Email button in your form builder
2. Click the Pencil icon as seen below
3. On the Compose Email window, remove the {yourEmail16} and click the Email button seen in the screenshot.
4. The e-mail should now look like this
5. Click Finish once you're done editing.
The e-mail address should now appear in the e-mail, as seen in the screenshot below.
