This link has generated too much traffic and have automatically been disabled.
which appears some time and some time not.
I need it to use this JPG for mailing, thanks to help.

Can you please share to us the full path link of the file that have the issue of bandwith limit exceeded.
We can reset the download counter limit for that specific file.
We will wait for your response.

I thank you for your answer but I would like it to work for many others files.
Currently, the file you are asked for is
which is less than 500Ko..

Thank you for your update. I have verified your file and have reset the counter. Please keep in mind that we can only reset this once.
Have a great day.

Can you please indicate what you are referring with 500Ko? Did you mean 500KB? A few months, we implemented this feature of the bandwidth, so users do not start abusing our bandwidth and let other other users prevent from using their forms properly.
For small size files, we only allow you to download 100 types per month. If you have other files that have the same issue, please let us know. If they have not yet been reset, we can reset. THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE ONCE.
- gashmlayAnswered on January 09, 2016 at 06:23 PM
Yes, each file is less than 500KB (from 150KB to 500KB) but I will have to download more than 100/montth which is less than 50MB per month which is far not enough, what the limit in MB?
- gashmlayAnswered on January 10, 2016 at 09:07 AM
for the moment, I can access to the different files. Hope I will not be limited by a too low limit.
I have another issue with integration but I will open another ticket.
- JotForm SupportjonathanAnswered on January 10, 2016 at 12:23 PM
The bandwidth limit is not related to the monthly storage limits.
It actually refers to the limit imposed on each files that were being donwloaded.
Just for clarification, files that are less than 10 MB can be downloaded 100 times, while those that are greater than 10 MB can be downloaded 10 times.
Hope this is clearer. Let us know if you need further assistancee.

On behalf of my colleagues, you are most welcome. Feel free to contact us again if you have any other concerns. Regards.

it's wizard, some time it works and some time not!
When I see the name of the files that occurs with the issues, they begin with PBXXXXX.JPG, they have been renamed as the others are the correct names...
- victorAnswered on January 13, 2016 at 02:17 PM
I have reviewed the file provided and did noticed that it was downloaded more than the limit allow per month. Please keep in mind the advice given by my colleague Jonathan.
I have reset the limit for this file and you should be able to download it with no issue. Again, this can only be done once.

I'm sorry but a previous message was:
"Just for clarification, files that are less than 10 MB can be downloaded 100 times,"
I have never dowloaded a file more than 10 times, so there is a bug that is very painful.
Please see what is the problem
- gashmlayAnswered on January 14, 2016 at 04:26 PM
Moreover, the bug is still there! Please solve this issue defintively!
- victorAnswered on January 14, 2016 at 07:00 PM
Sorry for the inconvenience and the redundancy. But can you please clarify the following.
You are indicated that all your images files (PBxxxx.JPG) have the same issues. Is this correct or are other files having problems?
I have open a ticket for our back end team to review your account in more detail. If we find an issue with this. We will immediately be informing you.

My colleague has raised this to our developers for closer inspection, but please do note that any time you call the image using the link that is sent in email or shown in submissions panel, you are using one of the calls.
Then if you refresh or go to some other record and get back to the first one, you have again issued a call for the image, and using the limit.
The way the form file collection is intended to work is to allow you to capture the file which you download to your PC for future usage.
This means that you would have used 1 count when you get the email (if you set the email to show the image), it also means that each time you view the image in submissions panel or inbox you are adding 1 more count, but in general it would mean that you are left with over 90 times to be able to edit the form before the file download limit error is generated.
Hope that this helps, and as mentioned our developers are already notified and inspecting if there are any issues with the counter on your account to make sure that everything is running smoothly.
- gashmlayAnswered on January 15, 2016 at 11:15 AM
OK, I use submission panel more than the few times I have explained in my previous email but less than 100 per image/link, so I guess there is another issue to explore.
thank you for this explanation
- BenAnswered on January 15, 2016 at 12:21 PM
You are welcome. I did notice that and as mentioned my colleague has raised this to our developers so they should be checking out what might be happening and update you on this thread once there are any news.
In the meantime do let us know if you happen to experience any issues with some other files and we would be happy to assist as much as possible.
- JotForm SupportliyamAnswered on January 16, 2016 at 01:11 PM
Would it be possible that you have shared the link to the files to someone else who might have been using the link directly? It's because for every click of the link, a download prompt or a load on the browser counts it as one download request. Please do take note that for small files, there is a limit of 100 requests set on the system.
As for the links that has reached its limit, I have restarted the counter on those.
