1. When I reply to the contact form, there should be some indication that the reply was made. Like an left arrow beside the contact form heading. Likewise if I forward the email it needs a right arrow beside the heading.
2. You currently have a column for all, new and contact form. Why not include a sent category so I can review my email replies to the form.
I personally follow up with all respondents this would help to ensure I don't miss anyone.

Your feedback are looking remarkable to enhance the users' organization on mobile app. After your thread, I tested the app with respect to your directives and you are right, it could have more notifications to guide the user and "Replied" folder to define replied submissions.
