i have tested out a zap with zapier to pass through input from field 121, among others, to my crm at pipedrive. do you have any idea why that field is not passing information through.

I have cloned and tested your form on Pipedrive. I am able reproduced same issue that you are having. I assume that, you mean those files.
I've noticed that they seem on pipedrive as Unimportant. Because they don't have any labels so piperdrive flags them as unimportant.
To solve this, you can add labels on those questions. At that situation, it will work properly.
