I would like to use one of my existing forms as a general template for many other forms. I would like to do this  without having to redesign each individual form one at a time. Can I do this?

Yes you can create templates by your own and share it to the users, create your form and click "More" -> "Share as Template". Review the following screenshot.

Select Categories for your template, and click "Share Form".

Is there any way to save a form as template and not to share it with others?
