I have an email form that contains an esignature widget. As of 12/26/2015 the email notifier with attach PDF stopped working. When I removed the attach PDF option, the notifier works. Any ideas why this stopped working?

Hi,
I cloned your form and sent some submissions with and without a pdf attachment in the notifier settings.
However I am unable to replicate the issue you were having. I checked the logs and an email was sent when I submitted a form with the PDF link attached.
Can you try clearing your browser cache and send a test submission to check if the issue still persists?
We will wait for your response,
Regards. -

we are still not getting these sent to a certain address. can you send me the IP addresses we may need to white list to get these?
Is there any way for me to add link to the PDF in an email instead of attaching the PDF? i'm trying to rule things out.

This should be the best place to look for IPs: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
In regards to the link to the PDF, yes it is possible to add a link to it instead of attaching it and you can get it into your email notifier / autoresponder by adding this tag to your email template: {pdf-link}
You can see it on the right in the email builder:
Clicking on that will add the same tag to your email as the one mentioned above.
Do let us know how it goes.
