With the free plan, can I receive unlimited emails?

If you are referring to the email notifications then the answer is no. The email notifications is the alert you'll receive every time a new submission comes in. For the Free plan, you only have 100 submissions per month. So it means that you'll only receive 100 email alerts from your form each month.
