all of our submission are not coming through our email, check the email on our end and seems to be okay

I have checked email Notification settings of form you provided and you did not set Sender E-mail address and because of that you are not receiving email Notifications when your form is submitted.
I would suggest you to set Sender E-mail to email@example.com. Inside of this guide you can find out how to set email Notification: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
I would also suggest to set Sender Name option as well. http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues
