Filling out my form on mobile phone is agoinizing

    I just filled out a client's form for them on my mobile phone (with wifi) and it made me cuss like a sailor!

    When I would check a box, or click into a text field, or phone # field, it would jump up to the top of the form where my logo is. I'd scroll back down and the box (or any field for that matter) would still be unchecked. I'd check it a 2nd time and it would jump to the top of the form again. So I had to scroll back down again, but on the 2nd time it did accept the check mark (or phone number etc.) and I was able to move forward to the next field. But it would do this every time. I had to enter info twice and every time it would jump up to the top. It took me 15 minutes to edit a client's form and that's bad.

    Help me fix and make it an easy experience to fill out my forms on ANY device?
