    Hello Jotform...

    What is happening with your forms?

    Something always go wrong, specially when I need to create the notifications to other emails.

    After that error, form's design is erased and all the works is missed!

    Please! Help with this. THANK YOU!

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just cloned your form and did not have any issues. I added new fields and modified the email notification. Once I saved the form and opened it in my browsers, all changes were saved correctly.
