    Email from form is not in integrated xml.

    Hi,

     

    I use integration with google sheets to store orders form form. All fields from form are there, except email field.

    When someone order, in xml is his order, but without email. (Its required and in jotform inbox is right.

     

    Do you know, what I am supposed to do?

    have the text in the Dutch fcContactFormConfiguration.xml changed to english
    so that it better understands you, the file names of course change to your template name

    This is not relevant answer for my question, I think. I have problem with "email field", not with email sendings. In xml export of all orders, there are not emails, which were entered in my form. Look at photo. When i re-connect form with sheets, emails are okay.

    Hi,

    I cloned your form and made some tests with the Google Spreadsheet integration. However, I was unable to replicate your issue, I'm receiving all the submitted data.

    Could you share us the steps to replicate your issue please ? 

    Also, if possible, try re-integrating your form with Google Spreadsheet.

    Do let us know the result.

    It`s weird, because my other forms, the same config, but only another translate works fine. It stops to save emails yesterday, but only in this one. 

    I will tell you, when I have result :)

    Maybe it`s caused by "Validation". Because since I changed it from "none" to "email", this happens. Now I put it again to "none" and will wait for next submission.

    I tried both options, setting the field with validation to none and with email option selected and I'm still unable to replicate the issue.

    I'm receiving all the submitted data in my spreadsheet.
