I want to recieve responses from clients with all info, including my text and images

created a form... but when I view in email the only info i receive is the response to the questions, no other text that i have written are included.. I want to better able to have it automactically send email with form in pdf format.

Hi,

I checked and there is not option to include all the text in the email notification, you would have to add it manually.

To include the PDF file in the email notification, just open the email in the Form Builder and then mark the option Attach PDF :
