    Dear Jotform team,

I like Jotform and mention it a lot to others. There is one problem that would be grate to solve, which would let me continue using Jotform and make your product even better.

If dataloss should occur on your server (hack or other reason), from 1 januari this year on you and I have to hand over all information about that to the authorities. Because of this I would be happy if not any data generated with my forms would remain on any server after sending the data to my computer. I din't see a setting to accomplish that. Well, it seems I can clear all cash at once, but I should do that after every incoming form to be save to new Dutch (/EU) law. Also I can not easily prove I did that. The responsibility for dataloss, and by that violating privacy rights will be on my shoulders, any time, this law rules. So could you please help me with a setting that automatic removes data from your server(s) after sending data to my computer? Also it would be convenient to me if you can asure me you can provide any authority of proof (in case something bad happens) of this setting used by me and that no private information was/is stored in my name on any of your servers. We are talking of bills up to 820.000 euro's.

    Thanks a lot,

    Marc Scheffer

(PS I could not yet move my data to EU servers)

We have zero records of data loss or data leakage, but you can auto delete submissions using this app: http://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions. Our servers are highly secured and the security is one of our priorities, it's a top level.

You can also manually delete the submissions from the form. Just simply access the form submissions page and delete it from there:

If you didn't know it yet, we have released a feature where you can move your forms and its data to our EU DataCenter:

With regards to the authority of proof that you've mentioned, I think it's our management that would decide that matter. You can always contact us if that is needed.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you have any additional inquiries.
