How can I embed a forward button in my autoresponder emails?

Asked by Augusto Lovagnini Scher  on January 11, 2016 at 10:13 AM

I've looked around the forum and haven't quite found what I'm looking to achieve.

    As a scenario:

I provide a form to my colleagues (aka clients) to program their days off work. I'm supposed to authorize or not the request and everything works fine and the process produces an authorizazton mail back to them.

At this point my client should forward the mail I send to them to the office that fisically manages agendas and appointment

Here I come across two needs.

    1) the mail my clients receive, should be no more editable

    2) They have to forward the mail itself to the office designated to manage days off and I like to embed a forward button in my autoresponder authorizative email

Could you please suggest me the way to solve these problems?

    Thank you for contacting us.

To my knowledge the email messages are not designed to provide such functionality. In other words, there is no way to initiate a forward action from the email itself, the email text is also editable.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
