How do I get for submission emails sent to a new email address?

    Hello, 

    Our team has changed roles and we have a new person who will be managing Jot Form for us. Myself, as well as a colleague, keep receiving the Notification emails from Jot Form. Can you please update or let me know how to do so? 

     

    Currently, they are going to harmony.teitsworth@cbrands.com and anna.hine@cbrands.com. Notification emails should no longer go to these people. They should go to : felicity.nelson@cbrands.com

    If I understand you correctly, you would like to modify the email recipient address to another person. Unfortunately, there is no easy way of modifying this. You would need to modify every email notification from your forms and manually change the recipient address.
