I have added a person to my account.  Our account can handle 10,000 submissions a month but on his account it shows that he has only 100 submission available for his form.  I need him to have more than that.  How can I change the number that is associated with his sub-user account?

    thanks,

    Debbie Campbell

An account added as as sub-user in your account is a different account. By adding someone as a sub-user under your account you are not inheriting your account benefits. You are only sharing your forms with this account.

If you want the sub-user to create you forms that will have same benefits your account has, this person needs to create them inside the folder that is shared to him(which is labeled with your account username), so the forms will belong to your account.
