I work in the Messaging department for Corporate Heath Systems which owns/operates 200+ hospitals. We currently have one of hour hospitals trying to send/receive emails from your domain and the emails are being blocked. We've had test from your domain sent to this email@example.com and pulled the headers and whitelisted the domain and the sending IP addresses and emails are still being blocked when the user attempts to send emails to our @chs.net domain. The only thing our department can think is possibly when sending elsewhere or at different times, the source IP addresses are changing.
Do you happen to have any instructions you recommend to make sure all emails from your domain are accepted through a spam filter, such as source domains and ranges of IP addresses that your email addresses may be sent from?

I don't think you need to know our email address. It's our email filters filtering out your jotform.com domain emails inbound to our system. We've whitelisted and also whitelisted an IP we received when we sent a test to our gmail account, and they're still being blocked. So, we're wondering if we possibly need to whitelist a block of IPs. But, whatever instructions you have so we can configure our spam filter to not block your emails would be greatly appreciated.
