After filling in form and clicking upload it says: "Upload Error File could not be uploaded for some reason. Please go back and fix the problem.
We have tried this on multiple computer and OS's. Same result.
I went to the form and did a preview on embedded code and it shows the same exact problem.
It is using the FTP option which I manually tested using a ftp client and it works fine. Jot form DOES create the email subfolder fine, but there is no file created inside the subfolder

I had to go and reset the FTP settings. Even though there were no changes on the FTP server. Seems like Jotform forgot the password in the new year. Too much partying I guess.
