Not getting email notifications

    Hey there. I have my form set up to email a group of people once the form is submitted. I have been doing this for a 3-4 months now. Everything has been working fine until recently. 

    Now those people are not getting my emails. What gives?

    The emails in the notifications are not in the bounce list. Based on the mail logs, only 2 emails received the notifications: pauly@spo****concierge.com from noreply@jotform.com and neday@2degre*****tures.com via Sendmail.

    I can see that the notifications are configured correctly. Please try to use the noreply@jotform.com as the Sender Email on the first notification rather than the SendMail and see if it works.

    You can also try creating each notification for each email if you insist on using SendMail. You can also use Mandrill to send notifications using your email address, please refer to this guide: How to use Mandrill to Send Emails from your own Email Address
