    Thank you for contacting us.

    Code provided by my colleague will hide text while typing, but you also need to add ID of the form field to which mentioned code will be applied.

    Inside of this guide you can find out How to find Field IDs & Names: http://www.jotform.com/help/146-How-to-find-Field-IDs-Names

    ID of your "Enter PIN code" is #input_193. So your CSS code should look like this:

    -webkit-text-security: disc;

    text-security: disc;

    Inside of this guide you can find out how to Inject Custom CSS Codes:

    However I would suggest you to remove pin code field form your form, because we do not allow forms asking for sensitive information like credit card details, pin code, bank details and the likes.

    If you want to have payment fields inside of your form you have to use one of JotForm payment tools.
