Email notifications are not being sent to our inbox

    The same thing has happened to me across all of my forms. It started this morning. The user still receives the confirmation, but the email does not come through to me.

    Can you please tell us if you are receiving Test Emails by any chance?

    I see in the log that you have already sent the same, so I would like to confirm if you are getting them.

    If not, do check the spam and trash folders on your end to make sure that they are not ending up in there.

    Do let us know how it goes - I will raise this to our developers, but with more info it would allow them to find the issue faster.

    I wanted to let you know that the issue with the emails was reported by our developers as resolved. Based on the feedback that we got so far it seems to be true, but please do test your form(s) by submitting and if you are still experiencing some issues, just let us know and we would be happy to look into it for you.
