    No email notifications have been sent today

    We are not getting our email replies coming through for any forms that have been submitted today. Is this a problem you are aware of?

    If so, please let me know when it might be resolved.

    Thank you for contacting us Patti. There does seem to be a pattern where some people are not getting email notifications sent to them. Unfortunately it is not something that we can recreate on our end, but as such we have already notified our developers so that they can look into this.

    I will raise your thread to them as well so that they can check your account as well and update you here as soon as the issue is resolved.

    I would like to just ask you if you can check if you get an email when you click on Test Email button?

    Actually right after I sent you the ticket, they started showing up. So, I am good for now. I will let you know if it happens again. Thanks for the quick reply.

    Great to hear that Patti :)

    We had notified our developers as soon as we noticed the issue and as we started replying they notified us that the issue is fully resolved, so there should not be any issues from now on neither :)

    Do however let us know if you notice anything again.
