notification email

I have a question.

I submitted some test forms and we use Unbounce for our landing pages which is connected to Mailchimp.

I got notification emails just fine but the emails that are sent to the person who submitted the form is a mailchimp signup confirmation. i am not sure how this is happening and how can i edit or change this. I just want my customers to get a confirmation emails that their form is submitted and they will get an answer soon.

If you like to send a confirmation email of the form they just filled int, you can create an autoresponder.

If we understand you correctly, please take a look at the "Send Opt-In Email" option. You can disable it in order to avoid Double Opt-In process.

However, even with our Single Opt-In your user will get a thank you confirmation message from Mailchimp with unsubscribe link in it (just in case they were signed up by someone else).
