The auto responder is still not working

    The auto responder is STILL not working even after I added the the noreply@jotform in the sender area.

     

    PLEASE FIX THIS since my whole livelyhood rides on your ability to actually work like you should.

    Hi,

    I justed tested your form and I was able to received the autoresponse message from your form. I'm using my yahoo email, may I know what email address you've used on your test? Maybe the spam filter of your email address is blocking messages from us. Can you try to add noreply@jotform.com on your trusted senders list and see if this makes any differences on your side?
