Is there a way that my form can allow submission progress to be saved before it's submitted?Asked by claudiacarrillo on January 12, 2016 at 03:27 PM
Hi, we created a scholarship application using Jotform. So far everything is good except that students would like to be able to save their progress in the application before they submit it. Is there a way that they can save their progress if they are unable to complete the application in one sitting?
Thank you for contacting us.
You can use the Autofill feature, the entered data will be saved in the Browser storage and then when user open the link again the previous entered data will be there, it only works using the same Browser, also, when the form is submitted the data is automatically cleared from the Browser storage : http://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature
However, if you are trying to keep the entered data even in another Browser, you may use this guide : http://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later
Hope this helps.
