I have set up two email notifications for my form, but one is not working at all and the other is getting incomplete information. I have no idea what's wrong. The settings don't match, but I don't think either is correct.

Sorry for this inconvenience. I have just reviewed your form. I have not noticed anything wrong. I reviewed your email history. It seems that all the emails have been send correctly.
I did notice in your second notification you have a space right before the recipient email. Please try removing this and see if this solve the issue. I also noticed that you have added a PDF attachment in your notification. Try un-checking this option and see if this helps.
