We would appreciate it if you can provide the link to the form that you are having issues with so we can further investigate the issue. You can also send us a screenshot of the email alert that your eceived so we can understand the issue better.
How to include screenshot image in the support forum
For now, I can recommend you try deleting the previous email notification of the form and replace it with a new one. Setting Up Email Notifications
