My client needs a heading in each email to keep emails separate

How do I make each responding email unique so client knows which subject is being filled out and from what page. Client has three different forms on their web site and needs to respond differently to each one.

    Thanks, Laurieann

Could you please share us the form you are working at? I am not quite sure if I understand your concern correctly.

If you have 3 different forms, you can easily change the email template of their notifications to make them unique.

Under "Emails", when you edit a notification, you'll see the "Compose Email" window, from there you can edit the template to make it unique:

Change the "Subject" line specific to the form itself so that it is easily recognizable to what form it came from. You can also edit the template itself, if you wish to fetch the form fields value, then just click them under the "Form Fields" panel at the right side.

Below is a sample edit I made. I added the field tag for the registrant name in my "Subject" line. It shows "Form 2 -" then combined with the user's registrant name. I also added a custom text at the top part of my email template.

Do let us know if you need more help on this.
