I am trying to use the Back-Up app. I click on "Create a Back-up", enter my Username and Password in the "Login to JotForm" window, click on "Sign In" and nothing happens.

I have tested Back-Up app and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. When I clicked "Create a Back-up" button I was able to log in and select form.
I have used Google Chrome. If you are still unable sign in to Back-Up app, I would suggest you to start a fresh browser session or try with different browser. You can also try to login to your JotForm account first and then try to use Back-Up app.

Thank you for your quick response. To get the Back-Up app to function, I had to enable "third- party" cookies:
Chrome: Uncheck "Block third-party cookies and site data"
Firefox: Check "Accept third-party cookies: From visited"
Safari: Check "Allow from websites I visit"
Third-party cookies are not required for normal JotForm use.
