How can I setup to select more than one answer?

Several of my questions state "Select all that apply" How can I make it so people can select more then one option when they are selecting there answers?

I think you should use the Check Box field, you can add the options you want to show in your form and then your users will be able to select more than one option for each question, you will find the field under the Form Tools in the Form Builder :
