Could you please provide us more information of your concern?

The upload space in your account is the total size of the uploaded files in your submissions. It is fixed and does not reset. For "Free" plans, you are allowed to have 100 MB of total upload space. If you reached the upload limit, all your forms will temporarily be disabled. To continue using them, you need to either upgrade to a higher subscription plan with a higher upload space limit OR delete submissions with file uploads on them. Please note that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove it in our servers.

You can take advantage of the 3rd party file sharing and storage services integrations that we have (Example: Dropbox, Google Drive, etc...), you can check them here: http://apps.jotform.com/category/file_sharing_and_storage.

That allows you to have the PDF submission and the file uploads to be uploaded in your Dropbox or Google Drive account, giving you a real time backup.

    I hope that helps.
