I am not receiving email once the form is submitted

    Upon checking your form email history, I can see that the emails sent to your address show as failed.

    Your email address is not in our bounce list, and from what we can tell, it looks like your mailing server may be rejecting our emails. Please try whitelisting JotMails IP addresses, and you may also want to try changing the Sender Email address to our noreply@formresponse.com option and see if that helps:

    It worked...When I added noreply@formresponse.com that fixed the problem.
