When I create and use an order form with JotForms, does the credit card information pass through to Infusionsoft?

Also, when I create and use an order form with JotForms, does the credit card information pass through to Infusionsoft?

It's critical that we have the orders created - even if it's from an action, but if we don't have the credit card numbers, we can't create orders based on a click which would auto-charge the last credit card on file that was used to purchase.

I'm sure it doesn't but if I could find out if there is a solution for this dilemma:

Infusionsoft doesn't have a coupon feature  The promo codes and discounts are based on number purchased or date or having another product in the cart.

We need to be able generate unique codes (which we have done) in Infusionsoft and copy them to JotForm (again, this is done).  5 each of these codes will be given to our members.  They then can give out these codes to 5 people who will get HALF off our product regularly priced at $997.  BUT

IF THE ORDER GOES THRU JOTFORM:

We're at a disadvantage by not having the credit card information in Infusionsoft.  UNLESS JotForm keeps it and lets us download and impiort...  Yes?

IF THE ORDER GOES THRU INFUSIONSOFT:

This is a REAL problem that threatens our program:  The coupons can only be used once.  So if our JotForm webform flawlessly manages the restricted use per coupon to once, then, it's only the SUBMIT that is being managed and not on the order.  The JotForm thank you page would be the Infusionsoft order form, and unless we can identify an order took place or not as to whether that coupon is used up or not based on the order being placed, we can't figure out what to do.

    This is a headscratcher!

    Got any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

If you are using a payment integration in your form, then you can use the coupon codes option, to do it just follow this guide : http://www.jotform.com/help/233-How-To-Add-Coupon-Code-in-the-Payment-Form

You will be able to edit the codes and you can also set a limit of usage, for example, a coupon could only be used once, if a user tries to enter it again, then he/she will receive a message saying that the coupon has been used.

Now, in regards to the payment info, Credit Card numbers, let me tell you that we do not save that data, we only collect the info and send it to the payment processor, is possible to download your submissions data, however, submissions will not include the Credit Card number.

This is in order to avoid charges not authorized and keep safe the submitter Credit Card info.

Do let us know if you need more help, we will be glad to assist you.

    Regards.
