On February 11, 2012, I have experienced intermittent outages with the website while creating forms. Is this normal? Was there any upgrades happening?
Sometimes the form would appear and sometimes not on the designated website. When the form did not appear on my webpage I would go to the jotform website and would receive a message "cannot connect. try later"
Could this be an issue with google chrome?

Sorry for the inconvenience. This has nothing to do with Google Chrome.
We had a server outage issue for a couple of minutes today, due to abnormally high traffic. Our developers are investigating the cause of this issue and will make necessary adjustments so this occurrence will never happen again.
