Hi,
I checked our email logs for the address associated with your account and the emails look like they are being sent successfully from our end. Check your spam/junkmail folders to ensure the emails aren't being filtered there.
If there are not, try an alternate email address, a Free Gmail address usually works best, to see if that will allow the notifications to come through.
If they still do not, let us know which form specifically you are having trouble with and we will be happy to have another look.
