I have a tax office. I would like the Client to have a chance to input the Email address in the bottom of the field for it to be sent to. Is there a condition for this?

I understand that you want to enable the user to enter his email address on the form and send an email to that email address after submitting the form. If so, you may add an auto-responder to your JotForm by following the guide below :

If you are referring to something different or need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

Hi LaTasha,
As my colleague has already mentioned, Adding "Autoresponder" to your form is going to do what yo want. After adding the "Autoresponder", you need set its "Recipient E-mail" option as the field which asks email from the user.
Finally, you need to customize the email template of the "Autoresponder", if you want to send a form URL through it.
Once the form submitted, the user get the email to the email address which it has entered on the form like the following:
If you need any extra information, please let us know.
Thanks.
