embed a form in to a result of another form - read more belowAsked by Amy Schiffman on January 14, 2016 at 10:25 PM
Is there a way to fill out a form - then have it go to a person and inside of the email that is sent to that person embed another jot form.
Example - a phone message is taken for an employee in our company - a jotform that is the message template creaates a message that is sent to that employee.
I want to embed a litlle form that when properly flled out basically says gets returned to us that says "yep - i answered that:)"
I'm afraid that you can't embed a form directly into the email, in the sense that it would look like a regular webpage with the form on it, but you can indeed include a link to the form in the emails that are sent.
For example, you can create a form autoresponder email in your first form, and in the body of the autoresponder email simply add the link to the second form. When your users receives the email from the first form, they can simply click on the link to open the second form and fill it out.
Please let us know if you need further assistance in setting it up, and we will be happy to help.
