I am not quite familiar with MyBB forum system, but if you can add HTML code and scripts directly there, then you can directly embed JotForm form by using the embed codes found under the "Publish" wizard.

You can follow this guide on how to embed the form on a web page: http://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

Let us know if that works.

Could you please share us the web page link where you are embedding the form? We are not familiar with our MyBB forum system works, it would be best to contact the vendor or the support in MyBB to make sure you are embedding the form in the correct location. You can also try embedding using the iFrame embed code, make sure that where you are embedding the form accepts HTML and/or Javascripts.
