Hello. I was able to see how the uploaded files got delete in the "Account" menu when I deleted the submission that had the link, however, I can still access the file (uploaded in the deleted submission) if I enter the link, even when the submission does not exist and uploads shows zero usage. I would very much appreciate the way to manage the files inside that folder. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately, there is no way to manage the uploaded files as you are requesting, the only way to access to your files is by clicking in the link that is shown in the submissions.
Do let us know if it helps, if the integration with Dropbox or Google Drive does not help you, we will escalate it to our second level as a feature request.

Thank you very much for your prompt response. I understand. What I really
would like is to have a way to delete permanently the attached files in the
submissions. Like I mentioned previously, even when I have deleted the
submission if I click on the link of a deleted submission (link saved
before deleting the submission), I am still able to get the uploaded file.
Is there a way to delete those files permanently?

Thank you for providing us more info.
Are you getting this issue with all your uploads ?
If just are some files, you may share us the links and we will remove the files for you, but if form example, you have deleted 10 submissions and you are still able to access to the 10 uploaded files, then we should escalate it.
Do let us know, we will be glad to assist you.

It seems like some of the texts in your last reply has been strip off. Please access this thread and edit.
Or, give us the file URL's so we can check our database and manually delete it for you and restore your file upload space.

Hello. I have tried to submit only one form with attached files, so I have only one link ( http://www.jotform.com/uploads/ismail.fletcher/53504622247148/328682769933267740/SCHILLER AMERICAS.pdf
). The submission for that link no longer exists, yet I can see the document.
Let me know the outcome. Once again, thank you.
