To start off, let me explain my intent for this jotform...
I will be using this form as a sidebar widget on my website.
It will be a form where prospects can schedule a complimentary meeting by leaving their email and phone number.
With that being said, how do the the submissions (starter plan gives you 100) work?
Is it to be assumed that a maximum of 100 people could fill out this form and that information will be received on my end via email?
Please let me know if I am understanding this correctly.

You would be able to receive up to 100 submissions per month through your forms. One completed form equals one submission. These can indeed be forwarded to you via email:
The submission count for all accounts resets on the first day of each month.
