Hello am trying to upgrade my acc and i cant none of my credit card is working on your system and I just use them on another web and they are ok
please let me know what can I do becouse i want my acc back to silver status .. Ty

Sorry for the inconvenience. I did review your account and noticed that you were able to upgrade to our yearly plan. I am assuming that this was done by accident and you immediately cancelled and got a refund of your transaction.

My Account has been suspended.
I paid for the silver plan yearly and never canceled my order. I did because i want it.
And now i cant go to the web page to change whatever a have to change to get the service again.
Please give me a solution to the problem as soon as possible
