E-mail and Thank You links incorrectly sending!

    I have a few forms that I have used that have been updated. I made new forms, similar to the old, and yet even with the right embedding, the wrong url is being opened. Any help would be much appreciated. Please call me at 573-202-9682. Thank you!

    If not, please let us know what is the correct form and what is wrong when you open it. Unfortunately, we do not offer a phone support so I would suggest posting the links through this thread so we can easily follow up on this issue.

    Also, please explain what is the problem with the form email and what is the problem with the thank you link(s)
