Error shown when uploading files even if they are smaller than 1GBAsked by shwagenseller on January 15, 2016 at 06:14 PM
Clients are having trouble submitting forms- says form is too big but it is way under 1 GB
Not sure what the issue is.
page is here http://www.demconvention.com/rfp/transportation/transportation-rfp-upload
uploads big files
I took a look at your form and I see that you have it set to 5000KB. This is equivalent to 4.88MB.
Meaning that if they are uploading a 5MB file or larger they will certainly see the error.
We do however allow uploads to be up to 1GB per field (if your plan allows that), but you would need to set the upload field to allow the same.
You can see more about the sizes and how to set it up on your form in the following guide: Changing the Upload Size Limit
Do let us know if you have any further questions in regards to the same or if we can assist you with anything and we would be happy to do so :)
