I took a look at your email notifier and it seems that you have 17 email addresses set to receive an email on a submission - in a single email notification.
At a later moment it seemed that you have 9, so I presume that you are making some changes to the form as we speak, but the issue would be caused by having over 10 email addresses set in one email notifier.
Please do let us know if you have further issues now with 9 email addresses and if you still need to send email to multiple addresses, please do create additional email notifier instead.
